Three Times the Knitting Time for an Exceptional Feel
At the heart of this boat neck T-shirt is TIEASY’s signature HDCS (High-Density Slub Cotton Jersey). It is carefully knitted by skilled craftsmen in Kiryu, Gunma, using vintage knitting machines dating back to the Taisho era (1912–1926).
The knitting process takes three times longer than standard methods. This slower process creates a unique balance of structure and softness, giving the fabric a breathable texture and exceptional durability. The result is a rare combination of qualities—substantial yet lightweight, sturdy yet soft—that is difficult to achieve with ordinary T-shirts.
Organic Cotton Gentle on Sensitive Skin
Made from 100% carefully selected, high-quality US organic cotton. Grown without relying on chemical agents, the cotton retains its natural oils, making it less likely to feel scratchy even in summer when the skin can be more sensitive, and offering a gentle comfort against bare skin.
The yarn is spun in a domestic spinning mill into intentionally uneven slub yarn, giving the surface a washed, textured appearance. This reduces the contact area with the skin and helps maintain a dry feel that is less likely to cling, even when you sweat.
