A Japanese sock brand specializing in the traditional tabi silhouette, created by Tamai Shoten — a heritage maker of tabi footwear established in 1889. The name “NODAL” represents the idea of a connecting point: merging knowledge from historical tabi craftsmanship with modern fashion and performance needs.







Thoughtfully engineered materials
The socks are knitted with a cotton-based blended yarn featuring antibacterial and deodorizing properties — ideal for situations where shoes are removed. The reverse yarn uses Japanese-made elastic for a secure yet comfortable fit, repeatedly stretching and returning to shape.





Comfort born from craftsmanship
Pile cushioning at the toes and soles adds softness and rebound, making them suitable for both warm-weather perspiration and winter boot wear. The toe area is finished with seamless linking to eliminate friction and irritation.



The wide rib cuff offers a gentle hold that prevents slipping, while added support across the arch helps create a secure, anatomical fit.
