FELCO, born in New York, collaborated with Health Knit, a long-established American cut and sewn manufacturer, to create this pocket T-shirt.

The fabric and design of the T-shirt was planned by FELCO.

The T-shirts are made in the traditional way at Healthknit's factory.

FELCO
The company was born in New York City in the late 1930s to produce clothing for athletes. We offer athletic wear and dilly-dally wear with an unchanging quality and a sense of stability that never grows tired of it.








Rough look and dry touch
The fabric is an original jersey made of American cotton air-spun yarn. It is a slightly thicker medium weight with an optimal thickness that conforms to the skin when worn.

Open-end spinning, in which air currents are used to twist the yarn in the same way that cotton candy is made, gives it a unique rough, rough surface texture and a crisp feel to the skin.



The elasticity and firmness of the material are highly resistant to repeated wear and washing, and can be used for a long time. The product is washed in the factory, so there is almost no shrinkage.

The fabric is treated with silver ions (AG+) to give it an antibacterial and deodorant function. In addition, a sweat-absorbing quick-drying function is also added. While the classic look of 100% cotton, it also has outstanding practical functionality.






Strong "binder neck" with minimal stretch
The neck is round with a binder neck that is placed between the body fabric and the collar.
This is a sturdy detail that minimizes stretching.

The chest seam, a characteristic of football T-shirts, is also a point of interest.

Skin-friendly "flat seams"
Sewn with "flat seams (4-needle stitch)" using a special sewing machine. Flat seams take more time and are less productive than the 2-needle or 3-needle sewing specifications of regular knit cut-and-sew garments, but the seams are finished flat.

Seam marks are less likely to stick to bare skin, resulting in a soft and comfortable piece that is stress-free.

The neck is a traditional three-button henley neck.

The neck is a traditional three-button henley neck, and the buttons are slightly smaller, classic cat-eye buttons.

A patch featuring the FELCO logo and a health knit name tag are attached to the hem to accentuate the design.
