GOLDENMILLS INC. introduces a deck jacket with a design source from the work clothes adopted by the U.S. Navy in the early 1960s.

The outer fabric is made of a sturdy and thick cotton back twill fabric, and the heavy look gives it a military feel. The inside is fully lined with a boa lining for excellent heat retention.

While reproducing the authentic details of the time, it has been updated with a modern, roomy silhouette to create a piece that fits in with the present.

A military wear brand launched in the spring of 2022. The brand offers items that are not based on the specifications of military wear from around the world, but rather are uniquely interpreted through the filter of the Japanese.








Military-inspired fabric
The fabric is made of 100% cotton back twill. It is characterized by its thick, sturdy, and heavy texture, giving it a military feel.



The torso lining is lined with a boa lining for excellent warmth retention. The sleeve lining is made of a smooth polyester onion quilt for both ease of movement and warmth.

The design source is the A-2 deck jacket, a masterpiece representing the U.S. Navy, which was introduced in the early 1960s as the successor to the N-1 deck jacket issued to soldiers in the 1940s.

The authentic details that protect deck workers from cold winds have been reproduced throughout, and the result is a finish that shows the brand's attention to detail.






Functional details
The design is simple, which is rare for military jackets.



The front has a double closure with buttons and zipper, and the cuffs are ribbed to provide excellent wind and cold protection.



Patch pockets with flap on the chest and side pockets around the waist for easy insertion. The adjuster at the hem is not only windproof but also a subtle accent.
