An underwear brand launched in 2019 by the MASH Group, known for operating Cosme Kitchen and Snidel among others. The brand's concept revolves around "Japanese undergarments made from washi (Japanese paper)," utilizing washi fibers extensively to maximize the natural functionality such as absorbency and quick-drying properties.







Harnessing Traditional Japanese Paper Fabric with Technological Advancements
The fabric chosen is "WASHIFABRIC" 1/56 bare jersey, woven with fine yarn to achieve a lightweight feel. It offers a smooth, silky touch unique to washi, coupled with excellent stretch for comfort.

Directly enhancing breathability where the fabric meets the skin ensures a comfortable experience even when sweating, without clinging.



Promoting Sustainability with Waso and Forest Ecosystems
The multifunctional "WASHIFABRIC" is produced and processed with environmental considerations in mind. Once matured trees have slowed CO2 absorption rates, they're utilized in construction materials, with leftover portions becoming raw materials for WASHIFABRIC.

Through responsible forestry management, younger trees absorb more CO2, promoting a cyclical forest ecosystem that generates oxygen.
