FILMELANGE
A cut-and-sew brand born in 2007. FilMelange manages everything in-house—from the careful selection of cotton to the spinning, knitting, and sewing. All items are proudly made in Japan, and the brand also invests in training future artisans at its own factory.
Carefully Selected, Luxuriously Soft Fabric
Made with extra-long staple Giza cotton—carefully selected for its quality—and spun into exclusive yarns to FilMelange’s custom specifications.
The yarn is spun in Osaka and knitted in Wakayama using specially tuned machines to create an original jersey fabric. For this season, the body construction has been updated to a tubular knit for added comfort.
Lightweight yet durable, the fabric softens and conforms to the body with each wear and wash.
The Old Melange colorway features a refined balance between the base shade and subtle marled tones—bringing FilMelange’s ideal finish to life.
The silky texture of the extra-long staple cotton, combined with tightly controlled stitch density and a fine knit, delivers a peerless wearing experience.
Versatile, Thoughtfully Designed
The neckline and armholes are carefully balanced—not too wide—so this piece can be layered as an inner shirt or worn solo.
