High-Performance Nylon with Breathability, Warmth, and Water Repellency
AURORA-TEX is a high-performance material designed to address one of down’s greatest weaknesses: moisture. While providing a high level of water resistance, it maintains excellent breathability. This microporous polyurethane-coated nylon offers excellent breathability, warmth, and water repellency, helping keep you comfortable in changing weather and expanding the range of activities you can enjoy.

Ripstop Fabric Built to Resist Tearing
The high-performance nylon is woven into a ripstop fabric, increasing its tear resistance compared to standard nylon. Durable and long-lasting, it is well suited to active use.



All the Warmth You Need for Japanese Winters
The insulation uses Spanish White Duck Down with an impressive 760 fill power. The quality and performance of down products depend not only on the breed of waterfowl, but also greatly on the environment in which they are raised and the length of time they are given to mature.

In Spain, waterfowl are raised over an extended period in spacious environments equipped with modern facilities. Duck down is supple and soft, offering excellent warmth, insulation, and resilience. Rather than being over-insulated, the jacket provides a comfortable level of warmth suited to everyday life.

Why NANGA Uses Direct-Fill Construction
To enhance both design and lightweight comfort, NANGA down products use a direct-fill construction, in which the down and feathers are placed directly between the outer and inner fabrics. Down or feathers may occasionally adhere to the fabric surface or emerge through the seams, but this is a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and does not indicate a defect in the product.





Details Designed to Keep Cold Air Out
On particularly cold or windy days, pull up the hood and tighten the drawcords to seal out cold air and help retain warmth.





The front features a two-way zipper for easy temperature regulation and styling adjustments. Water-resistant zippers help keep rain and snow from entering, while zipper pulls with straps make them easy to operate even while wearing gloves.



Pockets are positioned on both sides, the left chest, and the right inner chest. The interior of the side pockets features a hand-warmer design, providing a warm place for cold hands.





Velcro adjusters at the cuffs and drawcords at the hem allow you to fine-tune the fit. By minimizing gaps where cold air could enter, these details help maintain the jacket’s high level of warmth.
