Dress and Shoes where casual meets casual
Introducing the Kengon H, an arrangement of Joseph Cheaney's classic Kengon 2 R model.
Inheriting the unique switching and stitchwork derived from military shoes, the wooden shape is a slightly smart-looking 175 last. By fusing dress and casual elements, it is a pair that can be enjoyed both on and off duty.
Traditional British shoes "JOSEPH CHEANEY"
All processes from leather cutting to final polish are carried out at the company's own factory in Northampton and are "PURELY MADE IN ENGLAND". JOSEPH CHEANEY:
Skilled craftsmen spend eight weeks on each pair, completing them through more than 160 processes.
While respecting British traditions and conscience and engaging in honest craftsmanship, the brand also challenges new styles. The brand continues to produce shoes in line with the times, making full use of the high technical skills it has cultivated over the years.
Versatile for on and off
These shoes have an urban look with military elements, making them a pair that can be worn on and off.
The design maintains a perfect balance between not too hard and not too soft, making it easy to match with a wide range of coordinates and making it outstandingly useful.
Intelligent country shoes
The 175 last is one of Joseph Cheaney's oldest wood patterns.
Slightly wider, with just the right volume and roundness for a beautifully English round toe. It has a good balance and gives the impression of a smart country shoe.
Leather with a unique atmosphere
Made from Chromexcel leather from the long-established American tannery Horween.
The characteristic oil is made from a blend of more than four types of fats, including beef tallow and beeswax. In addition, the 'combination tanning' method, which combines tannin and chrome tanning, gives the leather a moist texture. It creates a unique atmosphere different from other leathers.
Rubber sole for wearing in the rain
The Dynaite sole from Harboro Rubber Co. This practical rubber sole provides grip on wet surfaces and can be worn even on rainy days.
The kova has a 'storm welt specification' to reduce the ingress of dust and rainwater. When the upper is sewn into the welt, mountain-shaped folds are created and sewn to the edges, preventing water and sand from entering through the gap between the welt and the upper.
The more you wear it, the more you get used to it
The Goodyear Welt method is often seen in high-end shoes. This method involves a large number of processes and takes a lot of time and effort, but the result is a sturdy, well-fitting shoe. In addition, the soles can be replaced many times, so you can keep your favourite shoes for a long time while they are being repaired.
