BURLAP OUTFITTER’s classic track pants have been updated for spring and summer. Made from a cotton-polyester seersucker fabric, they offer a lightweight feel and a cool, breezy look.
The pants retain the design of the original land-and-water model, previously made from Supplex nylon, and feature drainage eyelets at the bottom of the pockets. While preserving functionality, they’re refined into a pair that’s perfect for everyday wear.
The check pattern is another highlight, easy to style like a solid while adding a subtle touch of character.

The textured surface that keeps you cool
Made from a seersucker fabric composed of 66% polyester and 34% cotton. Its characteristic wave-like texture reduces contact with the skin, enhancing breathability.
Even in humid conditions, it maintains a dry, comfortable feel. The addition of polyester improves quick-drying performance, while keeping the fabric lightweight and easy to handle.
The natural crinkled texture allows for a relaxed, effortless look—an ideal fabric for the summer season.
Outdoor functionality, adapted for the city
The waist features an easy design with elastic and a drawcord, offering a relaxed fit while maintaining a secure hold.
Mesh lining is applied inside both front pockets and the right back pocket to improve ventilation.
Additionally, drainage eyelets are placed at the bottom of the pockets—retaining functional details rooted in outdoor design, even in a seersucker fabric.
The left front pocket features a double-layer structure with an inner snap pocket for small essentials.
Relaxed, yet clean in appearance
Designed with a comfortable amount of room from the waist through the thighs. Two front tucks provide ease of movement, while a tapered leg creates a clean, balanced silhouette despite its relaxed fit.
