Inspired by vintage clothing, FOB FACTORY is a Japanese brand rooted in workwear, military wear, and denim. Based in Kojima, Kurashiki—one of Japan’s leading production hubs—the brand handles every step of manufacturing domestically. Their philosophy is simple: to create garments that customers will be glad they purchased even three years later. 
High-Density 100% Cotton “Weapon” Fabric
While standard chino fabrics are usually single-yarn twill, this fabric is made from finer, double-twisted yarns. Woven at high density, it achieves both firmness and durability while maintaining a smooth, refined texture. The tightly packed weave creates a subtle sheen, giving the trousers an elegant appearance.
With repeated wear, natural puckering develops along the fabric’s texture, gradually enhancing the garment’s character and depth.
In Japan, this type of high-density cotton twill is known as “Weapon” fabric, named after the uniforms of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York.
Faithfully reinterpreted vintage details
The front features a UNIVERSAL zipper fly. While the original design used a button fly, this update improves ease of wear without compromising the vintage feel. 
A coin pocket is placed at the front for added functionality. 
The back features double welt pockets and an offset center belt loop—details faithfully reproduced from U.S. Army trousers. Key seams such as the inseam, outseam, and seat are sewn using flat-felled construction, enhancing strength and making it a tough pair built for long-term wear.
Tapered trousers for versatile styling
Based on FOB FACTORY’s popular baker pants silhouette, these trousers feature a clean, tapered fit. They work effortlessly with casual outfits, yet are refined enough to pair with jackets for a more polished look.
Thanks to the fabric’s subtle sheen, they look equally refined with leather shoes or sneakers, making them versatile across a variety of styles.
