NANGA's new flame-retardant material with reduced firmness is used. Not only is it flame retardant, but it is also highly abrasion resistant and durable. In addition, it has stretch and elasticity for a soft finish that conforms comfortably to the shape of the head.

The fabric is ripstop, which prevents tears and fraying from spreading. The flame-retardant material is also safe from sparks from bonfires and campfires.
