A rising hat brand based in Okayama Prefecture, a renowned production region for headwear in Japan. With a strong commitment to MADE IN JAPAN craftsmanship, each piece is carefully and thoughtfully produced one by one.

Reproducing the original denim of early jeans in a modern form
The fabric is inspired by “AMOSKEAG M’FG. CO.” denim used in the early era of Levi’s. Dating back to around 1860, it represents one of the heaviest specifications of its time, later referred to as “XX (eXtra eXceed),” which has been faithfully recreated.

Particularly notable is the early transition period from natural indigo to synthetic indigo around the 1900s. The result is a deep, nuanced indigo tone that cannot be expressed by a single blue, evoking a true vintage character.

Based on archival references, the yarn irregularity has also been carefully studied to reproduce a sharp vertical slub texture. The stitching uses thick-gauge core-spun thread in a golden-brown tone, adding the rugged character of traditional workwear.

The 10oz fabric weight strikes a balanced middle ground—not too thin, not too heavy—offering a denim presence that is suitable across seasons.





Subtle detailing that enhances a workwear aesthetic
The design is kept simple to highlight the rich character of the denim itself. By minimizing decoration, the vertical slub texture and golden brown stitching stand out more clearly, emphasizing its vintage-inspired appeal.

A narrow band is placed at the seam between the crown and brim, adding a subtle accent while enhancing the workwear-inspired expression of the bucket hat.
