An Italian Thermal That Feels Soft Inside and Out
The fabric is GICIPI’s original 100% cotton thermal, CANOVACCIO. It offers the warmth and breathability expected of classic thermal fabric, while a softening treatment gives it an even more supple feel.
The reverse side is also brushed for a soft, gentle feel against the skin. Despite the characteristic texture of thermal fabric, it feels smooth and comfortable without being stiff or bulky.
With a moderate thickness, it creates a defined silhouette when worn on its own and avoids looking too much like an inner layer.
The neckline features a neatly fitted bound crew neck. It maintains the clean look of a classic crew neck while offering a balanced fit that avoids looking too tight.
One detail that stands out is the ribbed trim at the cuffs and hem. Despite its substantial 8 cm width, the ribbing feels remarkably smooth against the skin. Unlike stiff ribbing, it gently conforms to the wrists and waist for a comfortable fit.
