Skin-friendly and easy-care “Birko-Flor”
The upper is made from “Birko-Flor,” a material used exclusively in BIRKENSTOCK footwear. This durable synthetic material is highly resistant and easy to maintain.
The side that touches the skin is lined with fleece, and the pretzel-shaped buckle prongs are folded inward—ensuring a soft, gentle feel against the skin.
Comfortable even during long walks
The toe grip creates natural spacing between the toes, keeping them comfortable while helping them grip the ground as you walk.
The heel bar helps support the calf muscles, providing stability to the rear foot and improving coordination during walking.
In addition, the foot is supported by longitudinal and transverse arches, keeping it stable at all times. This encourages proper posture and creates a naturally elegant leg line.
The deep heel cup fits snugly around the heel, supporting your foot muscles and keeping your foot naturally aligned at all times.
The buckles are built to last, featuring corrosion-resistant treatment and multiple layers of baked-on finish. The adjustable heel strap helps prevent slippage, and together with the double instep straps, provides additional lateral support.
The footbed is made from leather that is gentle on the skin and highly flexible. It gradually conforms to the shape of your foot, offering a secure fit. Its perforated surface provides excellent breathability, keeping your feet feeling fresh even after intense activity.

The outsole is made of PU, offering excellent cushioning, abrasion resistance, and flexibility. It is also highly water-resistant and easy to clean.
