TILAK / SVALBARD 2 Layer Gore-Tex Infinium

Lightweight clothing that can withstand even extreme cold
TILAK introduces the Svalbard, which uses windproof, water-repellent, and moisture-permeable GORE-TEX Paclite Plus for the outer shell and CLIMASHIELD APEX 100g/m2 synthetic fiber cotton for the inner shell.

Despite being an insulated jacket with 100 g/m2 of cotton, its main feature is that it is lightweight, weighing less than 600g.

This material is resistant to water damage and is also used by the U.S. military for cold-weather wear in extremely cold climates. This is a reliable piece that combines functionality and design, and is useful both in town and in the mountains.










TILAK
Tilak was founded in 1986 in the Czech Republic as a company manufacturing sleeping bags. Gaining recognition for its reliable technology, Tilak is also in charge of clothing for the Czech state-run mountaineering rescue forces. GORE-TEX INFINIUM for comfort
The outer shell is made of GORE-TEX Paclite Plus. The fabric has been modified to make it "warmer, lighter, and easier" for improved performance.

The back of the seams have been eliminated based on the concept. The fabric is labeled "GORE-TEX INFINIUM" because it does not meet the waterproof level of the GORE-TEX standard, but it is waterproof and windproof outside the seams, as well as lightweight, with excellent performance.

Synthetic fiber padding adopted by the U.S. military in extremely cold regions
The padding is made of CLIMASHIELD APEX 100g/m2 synthetic fiber cotton. It has a high degree of fullness among synthetic fiber cotton, and is characterized by its light weight and warmth. It is resistant to water wetting, which is a weak point of down, and retains its warmth even when wet. It is easy to handle at home.






Lightweight and packable
The packable version can be stored in the inner map pocket, located at the waist. It is lightweight and compact, ideal for carrying around, and can be expected to play an active role in outdoor scenes.






Minimal pocket design
Zipped pocket behind the logo on the right chest. The side pockets are similarly constructed with a smart and minimalist design.

The internal mesh pocket is also easy to use.






Carefully crafted
The hood fit is adjustable with a cord at the back of the head. The collar is set high to prevent cold air from entering.



The watertight front and double zipper allow for a wide range of wearing styles depending on the occasion. The cuffs are partially made of an elastic material for an improved fit.

The back of the collar is lined with stretch fabric for improved airtightness. Careful manufacturing by factory production is also a unique feature of TILAK.
