A knitwear project by Yonetomi Seni, focused on essential knits for the “new everyday.” Leveraging the strengths of a factory-led brand, it offers subtle details and understated refinements to bring refined daily wear to modern life.
Supple, Durable, and Exceptionally Refined Fabric
Crafted from 100% Sea Island cotton—often called the “jewel of fibers” from the West Indies—this piece uses custom-made, tightly twisted yarn for a mid-gauge knit, finished in a dense jersey construction.
With an exceptional fiber length of 35–40mm (compared to about 20mm for typical cotton), Sea Island cotton creates a fabric that is both remarkably supple and highly durable. The dense knit structure also gives it a silk-like luster and beautifully refined sheen.
Made from 100% cotton with a smooth inner weave, this knit feels gentle against the skin—comfortable even for those sensitive to wool. Hand-washable at home, the fabric softens with repeated wear, gradually molding to your body. A true “knit to grow with you,” designed to be treasured for years.
Minimal Design, Free of Excess
The neckline features a clean, moderately fitted crew neck. Soft ribbing allows for easy layering with shirts and other pieces.
