FOB FACTORY presents a jacket made from 14.75oz original selvedge denim.
Modeled after the so-called “3rd JKT,” which evolved from workwear into a fashion item, this jacket features patterning suited for today’s fashion scene.
The densely woven fabric offers excellent durability, while the use of premium raw cotton gives it a supple, comfortable feel. The result is a jacket designed for both style and wearability.
Available in two colors, Indigo and Black, each offering a unique character as it ages—developing individual patina and personality the more you wear it.

Inspired by vintage workwear, military garments, and denim, FOB FACTORY is a Japan-made brand headquartered in Kojima, Kurashiki—one of the country’s premier manufacturing regions. Every step of production takes place in Japan, with the aim of creating clothing that customers will be glad they purchased even three years later. 
Selvage denim with a richly worn-in finish
The fabric is a 14.75oz selvage denim made from 100% American Supima cotton, known for its high quality. Densely woven for firmness and durability, the denim undergoes a “used finish” process that recreates natural fading and wear patterns, giving it a lived-in character from the start.
The denim is left unsinged, preserving its rugged texture, while the used processing adds softness for an easy break-in. It avoids excessive stiffness and offers comfort that adapts to your body from the very first wear. 
Authentic aging that deepens with time
The fabric is rope-dyed in a deep indigo that matures beautifully with use.
Your natural movements and daily rhythms create personalized fades atop the used finish, allowing the garment to develop a unique, one-of-a-kind character as it ages. 
The FOB Factory 3rd model
A modern interpretation of the iconic 1962 “3rd jacket” design, crafted as an original FOB FACTORY piece.
Its standout feature is the front construction: a distinctive V-shaped panel that adds dimension and connects seamlessly to the base-shaped flap pockets. The brand tag on the flap and the logo-embossed buttons are also carefully reproduced.
The pattern is designed to suit contemporary styling, making it easy to incorporate into everyday outfits. 
The cuffs feature buttons that allow you to roll the sleeves and add subtle variation to the look. 
The hem includes a tack-button side adjuster, allowing you to fine-tune the fit at the waist without removing the jacket—an understated yet practical detail.

Both the body width and armholes have a comfortable amount of ease, allowing for a smooth fit without any stiffness. The length is slightly short, falling around the hips for a clean silhouette. Overall, it feels close to a just-right fit, making it ideal as a light outer layer. For early fall as an outerwear piece, since it fits on the slimmer side, sizing up is recommended. |

The shoulder width and length were just right, offering a perfect overall fit. Size 40 would allow room to layer over a sweatshirt. The shorter length keeps the look sharp and prevents any bulkiness. |
