Fundada en Mantua, Italia, en 1816, Astorflex es una marca de calzado conocida por su experiencia en el método de construcción Stitchdown. Desde el diseño hasta la producción, todo se hace en Italia, lo que garantiza una sólida relación de confianza con los artesanos y las fábricas locales. La marca se esfuerza por ofrecer zapatos de alta calidad a un precio justo.
Dos filosofías centrales
Astorflex opera con dos principios rectores: "selección de materiales respetuosa con el medio ambiente" y "tratar los zapatos no como accesorios de moda, sino como herramientas diseñadas para caminar cómodamente". Estas filosofías están en el centro de la creación de sus productos.
La parte superior está confeccionada en piel serraje con una refinada textura de fibras cortas que le aporta un acabado sofisticado.
El forro y la plantilla están elaborados con piel de becerro curtida vegetalmente, curtida sin productos químicos utilizando agentes vegetales como corteza de roble y mimosa. Este lento proceso de curtido crea un cuero duradero y muy absorbente.
Detalles centrados en la comodidad
Los zapatos utilizan el método Stitchdown, conocido por su ajuste suave y cómodo.
La plantilla cuenta con látex de corcho, lo que proporciona una excelente amortiguación y flexibilidad. Está moldeado para seguir los contornos naturales del pie, garantizando comodidad desde el principio.
Nota: Los pequeños orificios en la puntera y el talón provienen del proceso utilizado para asegurar el forro y la plantilla y no son defectos del producto.
La entresuela también utiliza cuero curtido vegetal. Si bien los materiales sintéticos se utilizan a menudo por motivos de reducción de costes, este modelo opta por un cuero duro y duradero, que también mejora la absorción de humedad dentro del zapato.
La suela exterior está hecha de caucho crepé natural, derivado de la savia de los árboles de caucho brasileños, que ofrece una excelente amortiguación y agarre. Incluso el adhesivo utilizado para fijar la suela está fabricado con materiales naturales.
A pesar de su cómoda silueta, este zapato irradia la atmósfera refinada exclusiva de la artesanía Made in Italy.
Estos zapatos encajan perfectamente tanto en estilos casuales como elegantes, lo que los convierte en una adición versátil a cualquier guardarropa.
