Following the BARACUTA's masterpiece "G9" created in 1937, the "G4" was introduced in 1944. This time, it has been newly introduced in a faux leather version.
It is light and comfortable without the heaviness and delicacy characteristic of leather. The classic details are retained, but a fresh look is added by changing the material.
It is slightly longer than the G9 and features no ribbing on the sleeves and hem. Commonly called a driving coat, it has its roots in the development of coats that could be worn while driving a car. It is a perfect piece for this time of year that can be used for a wide range of purposes, from daily life to a short outing.

Fundada en 1937 por los hermanos Miller en Manchester, Inglaterra, BARACUTA comenzó como fabricante de ropa impermeable innovadora conocida por sus cualidades superiores repelentes al agua y cortavientos. La chaqueta G9, originalmente diseñada como prenda exterior para golf, se convirtió en el modelo de lo que ahora llamamos "blusón". Hoy en día, sigue siendo un clásico atemporal, amado por generaciones y culturas de todo el mundo.
Cuero sintético de primera calidad con un toque natural
Esta chaqueta utiliza cuero sintético flexible con un brillo refinado y una textura suave que se mueve naturalmente con el cuerpo. Capta el aspecto lujoso del cuero genuino al mismo tiempo que ofrece comodidad y fácil mantenimiento.
El forro presenta el característico Fraser Tartan de BARACUTA en suave algodón, que combina el estilo tradicional británico con una sensación de discreta sofisticación.
Artesanía impecable, arraigada en la tradición
El collar “Dog Ear”, llamado así por su parecido con una oreja canina doblada, es uno de los detalles de diseño que definen al G9. Llevar el cuello levantado crea una apariencia relajada y elegante, mientras que abotonarlo mejora la protección contra el viento.
Creada originalmente como ropa de golf, la chaqueta presenta mangas raglán para mayor movilidad y comodidad. Las amplias sisas facilitan su uso sobre camisetas de corte ancho o prendas de punto.
La cremallera frontal bidireccional permite un estilo flexible y un fácil ajuste de la temperatura.
Los bolsillos laterales con solapa y cierre de botones ayudan a asegurar los pequeños elementos esenciales, mientras que el bolsillo interior izquierdo del pecho presenta un diseño de parche con botones para mayor practicidad.
Los puños abotonados con refuerzos te permiten ajustar el ajuste en la muñeca; úsalos cerrados para un acabado clásico y entallado o abiertos para una sensación más relajada.
La parte trasera presenta un "canesú de paraguas", diseñado para canalizar el agua de lluvia suavemente y al mismo tiempo agregar distinción visual a la silueta.
Los cordones ajustables en el dobladillo permiten cambios sutiles de estilo, desde refinado y recto hasta deportivo y ajustado.
