Tough Oil Leather
The leather used is the thick Chrome Excel leather from Horween. Originally made for work boots, this durable leather is infused with special oils that make it more pliable with use and develop unique aging characteristics.

Founded in 1905 in Chicago, Illinois, Horween Leather Co. is a long-established tanner with over a century of history. Their leather, tanned using traditional methods, combines beautiful refinement with rugged durability.

Rare Vintage Buckles
The buckles used are vintage NORTH&JUDD buckles, popular among vintage enthusiasts. The back of the buckle features the company's trademark anchor stamp.

NORTH&JUDD MFG.CO
Founded in 1812 by the North brothers in Connecticut, the company changed its name to NORTH&JUDD MFG.CO in 1863 and increased its business due to military demand. However, it was absorbed and merged in the 1970s, making the remaining dead stock a rare find.

Delicate Details
The buttonholes feature a teardrop shape, an iconic design of the brand. Subtle embossing serves as a mark of BUTTON WORKS' craftsmanship.

The four-snap closure for the buckle is reinforced with leather, showcasing meticulous construction.
