Q: Can sale items be returned?
A: All items purchased from HAKU can be returned.
However, for customer-initiated returns, the return shipping fee will be at the customer’s expense. In addition, if the remaining order total after the return falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost that we covered at the time of purchase will also be charged to the customer.
