The fabric is made using the brand’s traditional “Rachel knitting” technique. Known for its exceptional durability and breathability, the fabric was once selected for French military uniforms, a testament to its performance. Today, it is still produced using rare vintage knitting machines, of which only a handful remain in France, preserving the original manufacturing method.

ORCIVAL 成立於 1939 年，由創始人 Charles Bert 以法國奧弗涅地區的一個同名小村莊命名。 ORCIVAL 是一個傳統的海軍服品牌，在 1950 年代和 1960 年代為法國海軍提供條紋 T 卹作為制服。該品牌於 20 世紀 70 年代進入大眾市場，自此一直是法式海洋風格中深受喜愛的名字。
