Members' Benefits
Once you register an account with us, you will start earning and accumulating Reward Points, which can be used towards your order costs.
Additionally, as you make more purchases, your membership tier will increase, allowing you to earn more Reward Points based on your membership stage.
■How to Use Reward Points
Each Reward Point is valued at 1 Japanese yen.
Every item in our online shop has a designated Reward Points value. You can use the Reward Points you've earned almost like cash. Enter the number of Reward Points you wish to redeem at checkout, and they will be deducted from your total payment. Choose your payment method and pay the remaining amount. Reward Points are converted to your local currency at the time of redemption.
■How to Earn Reward Points
Reward Points are added to your account with each purchase on our online store. Points are not credited for separate charges at checkout (e.g., taxes, shipping fees). Points will be added to your account the day after the purchased item(s) are shipped.
*Please note that we reserve the right to determine which products are eligible for earning Reward Points.
*Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the actual number of points received may differ from the number of points initially displayed at the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
■Expiration of Reward Points
Reward Points are valid for 540 days from the date of your last purchase. Unused points will expire after this period.
■How to Check Your Reward Points
After logging in, you can view your Reward Points on My Account.
■Membership Stages
There are four membership stages: Komusubi, Sekiwake, Ozeki, and Yokozuna. Your stage is determined based on the number of purchases made within a year, and the rate at which you earn points varies by membership stage.
■Point Earning Rate
Points are awarded based on the product price after deducting any points used and shipping and handling charges. Please note that purchases made before September 2, 2024, when this program began, will not be included.
For purchases with discounts due to promotions or other reasons, the percentage of Reward Points earned will be 1% of the eligible amount. This applies to all sale items as well.

■Rank Up Bonus Ticket
Bonus point tickets are awarded when you move up a membership stage. The number of points varies depending on your current stage. If you rank up again after a rank-down, you will receive a flat rate of 1,000 points, regardless of your membership stage.
■Birthday Points
Members of any membership stage will receive 1,000 points as a birthday gift.
