Flame-Resistant Fabric by NANGA
Autumn and winter outdoor activities often include gathering around a campfire. However, sparks can pose a risk to nylon-based outerwear, causing holes and damage. Addressing this concern, NANGA developed the HINOC series using its proprietary flame-resistant fabric.

Material Used in Firefighting Gear
The outer fabric blends polyester with Kevlar, achieving exceptional flame resistance. This material is not only strong and elastic but also boasts resistance to heat and flames. It’s widely used in firefighting suits and gloves.

Warmth Perfectly Suited to Japanese Winters
The down filling consists of high-quality Spanish white duck down. Its exceptional insulation and elasticity result from the ducks being raised over extended periods in spacious environments. The Reason Behind the Non-Pack Construction
NANGA's unique "non-pack construction" directly inserts down and feathers between the outer and inner layers. This approach prioritizes lightweight design and aesthetic appeal, enabling minimalistic silhouettes.

Note: It’s normal for some feathers to adhere to the fabric or escape through seams; this is an inherent feature of the manufacturing process and not a defect.





The collar is designed slightly wider, providing a relaxed look and comfortable wear without feeling constrictive, even when buttoned.



Snap-closure pockets on both sides offer ample storage, making this jacket ideal for outings without the need for a bag. Ribbed cuffs effectively block wind, enhancing overall warmth.

With 60g of padding, equivalent to an inner down jacket, this piece is less insulated than NANGA’s Aurora Down Jacket but functions excellently as a mid-layer. Its compact, streamlined design ensures ease of movement, making it suitable for active lifestyles.
