What Is an E-Gift Card?

This is a digital gift card that can be used on our global online store. It is issued in Japanese Yen (JPY) and can be sent either to yourself or directly to the recipient. No physical card will be shipped.

How to Send (for the Buyer)

Choose the desired amount (JPY 10,000 / 20,000 / 30,000) and complete checkout.
A unique digital gift card code will be issued immediately after purchase.
You may:
- forward the link or code to the recipient yourself, or
- check “Send this as a gift” and enter the recipient’s email address to have the card delivered directly to them.

If the checkbox is not selected, the gift card will be sent to your email by default.

How to Redeem (for the Recipient)

Enter the gift card code at checkout to apply the balance.
Usable over multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero.
Can be combined with another payment method if the total exceeds the card balance.
No account registration is required to redeem.

Validity & Usage

Valid for all eligible products in our online store.
No expiration date, unless required by local laws.
Not redeemable for cash and non-refundable once issued.
Digital delivery only (no physical card).

Currency & Exchange Notice

This gift card is issued in Japanese Yen (JPY).
If you are purchasing or redeeming from outside Japan, the final value shown in your local currency may vary due to live foreign exchange rates or conversion fees applied by your payment provider. Minor fluctuations may occur depending on when the gift card is used.

Q1. Can I use the gift card for overseas orders?

Yes. Our e-gift card can be redeemed from anywhere in the world as long as the order is placed through our online store.
However, please note that some countries or regions may not be eligible for delivery depending on FedEx or our partnered carriers' shipping coverage.

Q2. Can I combine the e-gift card with other promotions?

In most cases yes, unless otherwise stated on a specific promotional page.

Q3. What if I send it to the wrong email address?

Unfortunately, recipient information for gift cards cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please ensure all details are correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact Customer Care Team(info@haku-clothing.com).

Q4. Does the card expire?

There is no expiration date unless local regulations require one.

Q5. Is account registration required?

No. The recipient can redeem the card without creating an account.

Q6. Can I return or refund a gift card?

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Q7. I lost my gift card code. What should I do?

We can resend the gift card code to the email address used at the time of purchase. Please contact our customer care team(info@haku-clothing.com).
*Note: We cannot send the code to an email address different from the one used at purchase.*

Q8. Can I purchase multiple gift cards at the same time?

Yes, you can. If you are purchasing gift cards as gifts, you may also buy them for multiple recipients by specifying different email addresses for each gift card.
