LAYERING SYSTEM refers to the U.S. military's clothing system for extreme cold regions, which combines LEVEL 1-7 layering to suit a variety of environments.

In addition to the highly functional shell, the inner shell is made of Thinsulate, which provides excellent warmth retention. Moreover, it is a surprisingly thin, lightweight, and comfortable piece of clothing.

Water repellent, windproof, and moisture retentive functional material
The use of "cationic yarn" on the outer surface provides a durable water repellent finish that is lightweight and soft to the touch.

The back side is laminated with a polyurethane film to create a functional fabric that combines high durability water pressure, wind resistance, and moisture retention.

High heat retention by converting sunlight into heat
Toray's "Solar Sensor Fabric" used for the lining has carbon particles kneaded into the fiber to convert sunlight into heat and maintain high heat retention. At the same time, antistatic threads are knitted into the yarn to suppress unwanted clinging and static electricity.






Ideal insulation material developed by 3M of the United States
The padding used is Thinsulate, a high-performance padding material made by 3M of the United States.

"Thinner and lighter, but warmer" is the goal of the development of Thinsulate, a new ideal insulation material that is completely different from conventional polyester cotton and down.

Keep air inside for comfortable warmth
The air between the intricately intertwined 2 micron diameter microfibers is a heat insulating medium that keeps the warmth inside. It is approximately 30% lighter than regular cotton padding and takes into account outside temperatures and other factors to provide comfortable warmth.
