Q1. Can I use the gift card for overseas orders?

Yes. Our e-gift card can be redeemed from anywhere in the world as long as the order is placed through our online store.
However, please note that some countries or regions may not be eligible for delivery depending on FedEx or our partnered carriers' shipping coverage.

Q2. Can I combine the e-gift card with other promotions?

In most cases yes, unless otherwise stated on a specific promotional page.

Q3. What if I send it to the wrong email address?

Unfortunately, recipient information for gift cards cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please ensure all details are correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact Customer Care Team(info@haku-clothing.com).

Q4. Does the card expire?

There is no expiration date unless local regulations require one.

Q5. Is account registration required?

No. The recipient can redeem the card without creating an account.

Q6. Can I return or refund a gift card?

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Q7. I lost my gift card code. What should I do?

We can resend the gift card code to the email address used at the time of purchase. Please contact our customer care team(info@haku-clothing.com).
*Note: We cannot send the code to an email address different from the one used at purchase.

Q8. Can I purchase multiple gift cards at the same time?

Yes, you can. If you are purchasing gift cards as gifts, you may also buy them for multiple recipients by specifying different email addresses for each gift card.
