ROTOTO
"Creating consumables that can be loved for a lifetime. " That is ROTOTO's concept. They are trying to change people’s lives through the way they think about their feet.
ROTOTO’s socks are made in Japan’s largest sock producing region, Nara Prefecture. Industrial sock production was first introduced to the area in 1910, when a man from ex-Umami village (now Koryocho) brought a sock weaving machine to his hometown from the U.S. after his study tour in the country.
ROTOTO’s socks can be made only with a combination of the right material, the right machine and craftsmanship. Their aim is to preserve the tradition inherited from the ancestors, while painting the future of the major producer of socks with a fresh point of view. They will keep trying to produce things that can be created only in this place.
NODAL
"NODAL is a sock label specializing in Japanese-made Tabi style socks by Tamai Shoten, a prestigious Tabi manufacturer founded in 1889. The brand name, NODAL, means a point of contact where different paths intersect. And they see themselves as the point where their nearly 150 years of knowledge, combined with a keen focus on quality materials, has helped them in perfecting the craft of tabi sock manufacturing.
What is TABI socks?
Tabis are traditional Japanese socks with the distinctive shape of two separate toes, and NODAL's tabi socks incorporate this traditional style into a design that fits in with modern fashion. The key point is that they not only look attractive, but also offer many health benefits. These include reducing foot fatigue and pain, improving posture and walking style, preventing bunions, and improving sensitivity to cold.
GOHEMP
GOHEMP was established in 1994 as the first hemp apparel brand in Japan. They are popular for its clothing made from fabrics utilizing hemp, but socks are also a notable item. Collaborating with ANONYMOUSISM, a sock brand that insists on Japanese manufacturing, GOHEMP makes durable and fashionable socks.
The socks are made primarily of a hemp/cotton blend. The fabric is moderately thick, stretchy, and soft to the touch. Hemp material has excellent breathability and quick-drying properties, as well as antibacterial and deodorant properties, making it a great material for feet that sweat easily and are prone to dampness.
Also, only the soles of the feet are knitted with a thick pile for superior cushioning and a non-fatiguing finish.

They state that their mission is to make products that complement every expression of style, personality, and spirit. They are not impose their style. They try to assume and enhance wearer's unique character and identity.
