Launched in the Fall/Winter 2006 season, White Mountaineering is a Japanese outdoor-wear brand built on the philosophy that “all fields in which we wear clothing are outdoors.” Each piece combines design, utility, and technical expertise—crafted with an uncompromising approach to quality and concept.
Dimensional warmth created through mixed materials
Constructed mainly from polyester and elastane, the fabric combines two different types of fleece for a rich, structured feel.
Waffle-knit panels are placed in areas prone to perspiration to improve breathability.
This intentional mix of materials provides warmth, ventilation, and lightness all at once. By bringing out the unique character of each texture, the patchwork design functions not just as decoration but as a contributor to overall comfort.
Practical detailing
The clean crew-neck design pairs well with mock-necks, high-collar tops, or scarves, making layering effortless.
Raglan sleeves enhance mobility and ensure a comfortable, natural fit around the shoulders.
Flat-seam construction is used along the armholes, sleeves, and sides to prevent seams from rubbing against the skin—providing a smooth, irritation-free wear experience.
Three pockets in total: two side pockets and a zippered chest pocket that’s perfect for storing valuables, offering practical functionality for everyday use.
The hem features an internal elastic drawcord, allowing you to adjust the silhouette or seal in warmth depending on the conditions and your preference.
