The COZUN is a small-diameter knitting machine—one of only a few remaining in the world—modified from a Taisho-era loopwheel machine.
Knitted slowly at an optimal tension, it produces fabric that traps plenty of air, resulting in a premium sweatshirt material that is soft yet structured, with a unique firmness and resilience.
The French Terry construction provides a soft, comfortable feel against the skin, making this sweatshirt ideal for year-round wear.
The neckline features a simple crew neck with a binder neck finish, designed to resist stretching and maintain its shape over time.
Each panel of the thick fabric, knitted on a COZUN small-diameter machine, is sewn with a four-needle flatseamer, minimizing seam bulk on the inside and providing a smooth, comfortable feel against the skin.
The cuffs and hem are finished with longer ribbing for a vintage look. Made with highly elastic 1×1 rib knit, they fit snugly to the body, stay in place even when sleeves are rolled up, and help block out cold air.
The seamless tubular body gives a clean look and ensures a comfortable, unrestricted fit.
*Note: The XL size is made with side seams instead of a tubular body.
