Founded in 2004 as a pants brand, the name means “basic pants” in Dutch. Using carefully selected fabrics in Japan, the brand expands from pants to shirts, coats, and more. By incorporating various design elements, focusing on silhouette and comfort, and applying finishes that highlight the qualities of the materials, BASISBROEK creates contemporary everyday wear that enhances the wearer’s individuality.







Cool comfort of cotton-linen blend
The fabric is a blend of 73% cotton, 24% linen, and 3% polyurethane.

Combining the dry, airy texture of linen with the softness of cotton, it achieves a well-balanced fabric. Added stretch enhances mobility beyond what the fabric’s appearance suggests.

With wear, gentle wrinkles develop, adding a rich, natural depth unique to natural fibers.

The collar features a classic regular style.
Balanced in its opening, neither too tight nor too loose, it maintains a refined presence whether buttoned or open.

The front uses simple buttons, stripping away unnecessary details to highlight the fabric’s natural texture.
