Based on the iconic 'Parbat Parka' from the 1990s archives, this jacket has been updated with a modern look.
The Parbat Parka is made of WINDSTOPPER 2-layer fabric with outstanding windproof, breathable, and water-resistant properties, and is generously filled with 750FP down. 750FP is considered a high quality down jacket that can also be used for mountaineering.
The down is sealed in up to the neck for enhanced warmth, while at the same time creating a smart silhouette that also looks good for town use. This is a down jacket that can perform multiple roles in a single piece, with a sense of security from the outdoors and an urban design in the same place.

Fundada en 1971 por dos estudiantes del club de escalada de la Universidad de California, MARMOT es una marca de actividades al aire libre arraigada en la auténtica cultura del montañismo. Fue la primera empresa de ropa para actividades al aire libre en integrar GORE-TEX en su equipo, remodelando la industria. Fuerza ligera con ingeniería responsable
La capa exterior está hecha de nailon 100% reciclado de 40 deniers: liviano pero extraordinariamente duradero. Una estructura de tejido liso mejora tanto la flexibilidad como la resistencia.
Laminado con una membrana ePE avanzada, ofrece excelente resistencia al viento, transpirabilidad y rendimiento impermeable confiable, lo que lo mantiene cómodo durante cambios climáticos repentinos o movimientos activos.
La membrana no contiene PFAS, lo que logra una alta funcionalidad y al mismo tiempo reduce el impacto ambiental, una evolución hacia un uso técnico más sostenible. 
El forro utiliza un tejido micro ripstop para mayor resistencia al desgarro, ideal para usar en capas y para durabilidad diaria.
El aislamiento es plumón premium con relleno de 750, un nivel que normalmente se usa para condiciones alpinas.
El “poder de relleno” (FP) mide la densidad por onza de plumón y 750 FP se considera un punto de referencia de alta calidad adecuado para aplicaciones exigentes en exteriores. 
El aislamiento de plumón continúa desde el cuello hasta la capucha para una cobertura total, envolviendo suavemente el cuello para retener el calor en días especialmente fríos. 
Las mangas cuentan con una construcción de doble capa con un puño interior de vellón para bloquear el aire frío y mejorar la retención de calor. 
La parte delantera utiliza una cremallera doble, lo que permite flexibilidad al usar capas o al estar sentado, por ejemplo, mientras se conduce. 
Un gran bolsillo interior ofrece capacidad de almacenamiento que a menudo elimina la necesidad de una bolsa separada. 
Los bolsillos exteriores incluyen cremallera y solapa para protección adicional contra la lluvia y la nieve.
