WILD THINGS' masterpiece has evolved into a modern version with functional materials and recycled down.
Based on the archive model “MAKALU JACKET”, it has been rearranged for town use. The outer layer is made of “SAITOS 3-layer,” which boasts breathability and waterproofness, and the inside is made of high-quality recycled Kawada Feathers down of approximately 700FP.
The old logo of the brand has been redesigned and reprinted on the chest. In addition, a new name quoting the WILD THINGS CODE, which symbolizes the brand's philosophy “Light is Right,” is added to the inside. The rounded, loose-fitting silhouette gives the design a nostalgic outdoor taste.

An outdoor brand founded in 1981 by renowned American climbers John Bouchard and Marie Meunier. The outer fabric features SAITOS, a 3D-layer material with high waterproofness and breathability. This advanced material ensures comfort by reducing moisture while effectively blocking water intrusion with its exceptional water-repellent and waterproof properties.
KAWADA DOWN
Filled with high-quality recycled down sourced from deconstructed, cleaned, and sorted feather products in Japan. Using Kawada Feather's proprietary technology, this recycled down surpasses the cleanliness of standard new feathers, offering excellent insulation and moisture absorption. With a 700FP equivalent, it meets stringent cleanliness standards (3000) for superior performance.
Complete wind protection
The high-neck design provides excellent wind protection. The hood features adjustable drawstrings at the neck for a snug, customized fit.
Button up fully and pull up the hood to maximize warmth, keeping you comfortable even in the coldest seasons.
The chest features a reimagined version of the classic WILD THINGS logo, offering nostalgia for long-time fans and a fresh look for new generations.
The front closure includes a dual-zip and snap-button system for enhanced wind resistance. The zipper adds a pop of color, providing a stylish touch.
One chest pocket and two hand pockets on the sides, lined with fleece, double as hand-warmers for added functionality.
The interior includes two pockets, with the left pocket showcasing the WILD THINGS CODE logo, reflecting the brand's ethos, "Light is Right."
Adjustable Velcro cuffs and ribbed inner sleeves keep cold air at bay.
A drawstring at the hem prevents wind intrusion while allowing you to adjust the silhouette.
Despite its shorter length, the jacket provides ample coverage around the waist. Its relaxed fit makes it easy to layer, even over multiple pieces.
