Measurements are provided on each product page, making it easy to visualize the fit by comparing them with your own clothing.
The measurements shown in our store are taken from a sample of each item and size. Depending on the fabric type or condition of the item, there may be slight discrepancies between our measurements and those taken by customers. Please be aware of this in advance.
The product images are displayed in colors as close to the actual product as possible. Please check the image pages for color variations, even if the color name is the same.
Please note that the color of the product in images of models, banners, and on the page may vary due to factors such as shooting location, lighting, and other conditions.
*The color may also be affected by your monitor settings or the protective film on your smartphone. Please keep this in mind.
If you use the 'Restock Notification' function on the product pages, you will receive an automatic email notification to your registered email address when the product becomes available for purchase. Please click on 'BACK IN STOCK' on the product page and register your email address.
*Please note that the automatic notification feature does not guarantee your purchase, as it does not reserve inventory for you.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the return of brand-new unworn items.
IMPORTANT
In order for your return to be valid YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF YOUR INTENT TO RETURN PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK. Failure to do so will risk the items being lost and your return will not be accepted (parcels from customers that did not notify us will not be accepted and will be returned to you). ANY COSTS INCURRED (INCLUDING CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES) AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY US VIA EMAIL OR HEREIN, SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT.

Return Policy
- Returns can be made regardless of whether the item is regular or sale priced.
Please check that you have not received the wrong item for your order as soon as you receive it. - The item(s) to be returned or exchanged must be dispatched either (i) within 14 days of receipt of the order or (ii) within 7 days of the return/exchange request being confirmed, whichever is the later date.
- Please do not try on the shoes at the door or on the balcony as this may cause scratches on the soles.
If you wish to exchange the items for a different size/colour, you must return the goods once and then place another order for the item you wish to exchange. For more information, please contact customer service.
Unable to accept returns cases
- Products that have been delivered for more than 14 days.
- Products that have been used once by the customer.
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
- Products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery.
- Products that have been wrinkled when tried on (mainly leather products).
- Products that are stained with tobacco, perfume, fabric softener, etc.
- Insufficient packaging when returning goods.
- Products of underwear (underwear, socks, etc.)
