Levi's "501" jeans were the way forward. 501", commonly known as the "WWII model", which was manufactured during World War II. As a tribute to the WWII model, F.O.B Factory has reproduced various specifications of the original WWII model.

The overall distorted stitching, donut buttons on the front placket, and slacks made from leftover cloth are all designed to finely reflect the wartime conditions that were affected by the control of supplies. The organic cotton of the
fabric is linked to material control, "material selection for the global environment," and sustainable manufacturing.

The fabric, sewing, and background, as well as the silhouette considered to be easy to match with various styles, make this an attractive piece that recreates the period.

Fibers made from 100% discarded cotton products and GOTS certified The denim is woven on a power loom using recycled yarns made from a mixture of fibers from 100% discarded cotton products and GOTS certified organic cotton. Recycled yarns have shorter fiber lengths and natural neps and fuzz. The low oil content gives the garment a unique, dry texture. You can also enjoy the vintage-like texture that develops over time as the garment is worn in.

The warp yarn is dyed in indigo using an "eco-dyeing system. By avoiding the use of cleaning chemicals and hot water, CO2 emissions and water consumption are reduced, resulting in sustainable manufacturing.

The leather patch on the waist is made of recycled leather powder hardened with resin. The
hem folds back to reveal a selvage green line.
