Haku Vibes from Home – Osaka, Japan

At Haku, every lookbook is more than just clothes—it's a conversation.

Before every shoot, we spend time talking with our model to understand their style, the pieces they’re drawn to, and how they wear them.

This season, we returned to where it all began: Osaka.

Through Keegan’s voice and point of view, we hope you’ll discover new inspiration—and a little bit of our home.

LOOK 01:
Sharp, Not Loud

Structure up top.
“This Japan Blue jacket has a cropped cut I love—it feels tailored without trying too hard. Pair it with something formal-leaning, like these pants, and you’ve got a look that moves between spaces. It feels polished, but still completely relaxed.”

Vintage inspiration meets modern ease.
This 8oz selvedge denim jacket by JAPAN BLUE brings a breathable feel and clean structure—perfect for spring days that flow from morning to night.

Tailored ease.
“The shape feels a little more formal. It’s the kind of piece you could wear to dinner—or just out walking in the city. You feel confident without looking overdressed.”

These cold-mercerized dress chinos channel vintage military roots into a silhouette that's sharp without trying too hard. Move freely, look sharp—wherever the day takes you.

Lighter base.
“Comfort and fashion are super important. If I can't see myself wearing it often, I usually don't pick it. But something like this—you can wear it anywhere.”

100% silk knit, breathable and soft to the touch. Elevated essentials, built for real life.

LOOK 02:
Light Layers for Spring

History in the Details.
“I did look over here and saw this washed denim top. The buttons are really fun. I’m a big fan of thrifting—anything old, anything with a story, I tend to gravitate toward.”

Built with 9 oz selvedge chambray, this pullover carries the spirit of 1900s workwear. Faded, worn, and full of quiet character—meant to be lived in.

Easy Movement.
“I really love these. These are from Japan Blue Jeans, which again has a lot of history within Japanese denim. Seeing them in a different material is really fun as well.”

A vintage-inspired wide baker pant, relaxed and rooted in Japanese denim craftsmanship. Cut from sulfur-dyed back satin for a soft, broken-in feel that only gets better with time.

The Quiet Layer.
“When it comes to outfits, it’s not necessarily about what you’re showing—but how you feel, and the story behind it.”

A pigment-dyed cotton tee that layers easily under texture-rich fabrics. Worn-in color, soft structure—designed for stories that unfold over time.

LOOK 03:
Retro Stripes and Painter Pants

The Spring Layer.
“This jacket—the brown accent is really nice. It’s a fun blend—kind of old and modern at the same time.”

A military-grade lightweight jacket with just the right polish. Worn open or layered, it shifts effortlessly between seasons.

Creative Contrast.
“If you look closer, it's got these subtle stripes to it, which I think is really nice—kind of pairing with the horizontal stripes of the shirt. Little accents like that are fun to play around with.”

Painter pants built from rugged herringbone fabric with a wide, easy silhouette. A quiet balance of bold texture and casual structure.

Playful Texture.
“I’ve been talking about this vintage-washed shirt for a little while. It’s got stripes on it, which I think is a fun, kind of young, beautiful take on clothes.”

A retro-style stripe tee in soft recycled cotton. Lightweight, faded, and ready to bring a little playfulness to grown-up layers.

LOOK 04:
Color That Moves

Fresh Energy.
“It’s so hard to pick when everything looks good. But I pick outfits based on my mood in the moment—and right now, since it’s spring, I’m feeling a little more lively.”

A vivid green summer knit, crafted with a retro popcorn texture. Airy, relaxed, and ready for brighter days ahead.

Deep Roots.
“When it comes to outfits, I really, really appreciate Japanese denim. The indigo color is very unique to Japan.”

Lightweight cotton-linen denim, finished with a soft sheen and crisp puckering. A quiet nod to Japan’s deep-rooted denim heritage.

Built for the Season.
“I tend to sweat pretty easily, so having something nice and breathable is super important.
That’s kind of a forgotten factor sometimes in fashion.”

The knit’s dry-touch texture and the denim’s breathable weave create an effortless pairing—cool, comfortable, and easy to live in.

LOOK 05:
Built for Movement

Breathable Momentum.
“Since it’s spring and it’s warm again, I’m going to be outside. You kind of want something that’s going to be more on the comfort side—while still looking nice.”

The RAG "Ice" Tee delivers cool-to-the-touch performance and easy layering. Urban function with quiet detailing.

Versatile Layering.
“From a distance, it just looks like a really nice T-shirt. But when you walk up, it has that super breathable material you see in athletic wear.”

A quick-dry long sleeve made from thick open-end yarn. Soft enough for everyday, technical enough for spring days on the move.

Designed to Work.
“I don't think that there's anything that can really beat this. I know some people prefer slimmer athletic wear, but me—I really do appreciate the functionality.”

A modern take on the classic M-65 cargo. High-density moleskin construction, roomy fit, and durable enough for wherever the day takes you.
