為什麼FOB選擇“G3”織機
FOB工廠使用豐田G3有梭織機（俗稱G3）來織造牛仔麵料。這台織機很舊了，在日本只剩下幾台能用的了。此外，能夠操作和調整G3的工匠數量有限。它每小時只能織造約5米，約為現代織機速度的五分之一或六分之一。
為什麼要花這麼大的力氣去使用低效率的G3呢？這是因為它創造了獨特的紋理——帶有獨特竹節的牛仔布和只有 G3 才能實現的粗獷、大膽的外觀。
對美國材質的承諾，牛仔褲的誕生地
FOB Factory 也非常重視棉花，使用的是美國密西西比河沿岸種植的蘇比馬棉，這裡也是牛仔褲的發源地。蘇比馬棉以其長纖維而聞名，其紗線柔軟耐用，接頭較少，是一種優質材料。
14 盎司的面料起初厚實僵硬，但隨著時間的推移逐漸變軟並貼合穿著者的身體。與硬質牛仔布相比，一次水洗處理增添了更柔軟的感覺，從一開始就提供舒適的穿著體驗。
詳細的第二類設計
前面的褶皺提供了方便移動的三維形狀，胸部兩側有對稱的帶蓋口袋，這種設計遵循經典的 2nd Type 夾克風格。
外套還有 網誌 側面調節器帶有平頭按鈕，讓您即使在穿著時也能調節腰部的貼合度。
頸部的皮貼、美國製造的鋼鈕扣、銅鉚釘等細節都是 FOB Factory 原創設計。
FOB Factory還特別關注復古牛仔布的標誌“紅邊”（俗稱“紅耳朵”）。
主要接縫採用鍊式縫合，增加耐用性，由此產生的褶皺增強了整體復古魅力。
