El tejido presenta una construcción antidesgarros ligera pero muy duradera.
Desarrollado originalmente para el ejército estadounidense a principios del siglo XX, este tejido de alta densidad incorpora una rejilla de hilos más gruesos para evitar desgarros, recreado fielmente en el diseño de Barnstormer. 
Este tejido especial ripstop reproduce auténticamente el aire vintage de la época. Con el tiempo, desarrolla una rica pátina que realza su carácter único. 
La parte delantera presenta un diseño limpio con cremallera. Una adición poco común para los pantalones de fatiga, se incluye un cierre de lengüeta extendido en el interior, asegurado con un botón para mejorar la estabilidad de la cintura.
Una presilla central para el cinturón permite insertar fácilmente el pasador de la hebilla, lo que garantiza que el cinturón permanezca seguro en su lugar y reduce las molestias alrededor de la cintura. 
Los bolsillos laterales ofrecen practicidad, mientras que un único bolsillo trasero con detalle de solapa añade un toque refinado. 
Una abertura en V en la cintura mejora la flexibilidad, reduciendo la tensión al agacharse o agacharse para una comodidad superior. 
El dobladillo con doble costura garantiza una silueta limpia y sin costuras.
