En se concentrant sur la « qualité » plutôt que sur la « quantité », cette marque poursuit le basique américain ultime, confectionnant méticuleusement chaque détail, du fil au fil torsadé, en passant par le tricot, jusqu'au traitement, tout en éliminant les déchets. Avec une usine située à Okayama, au Japon, toute la teinture et le traitement des matériaux sont effectués en interne.

Ce denim de 8,5 oz, fabriqué à partir de « coton du Zimbabwe » rare classé comme coton à fibres extra longues, présente une texture lisse et douce et une durabilité exceptionnelle. Les fibres longues et fines procurent une sensation unique et élèvent le coton au-delà des matériaux ordinaires. Il s'agit d'un vêtement de haute qualité conçu pour être porté longtemps. 
Le tissu a subi un processus de lavage unique, lui donnant un aspect légèrement usé avec des fils blancs qui ressortent. Cela permet de profiter davantage de la décoloration naturelle du tissu au fil du temps.

L'empiècement inversé en forme de montagne sur les épaules et le haut du dos est un détail que l'on retrouve couramment sur les chemises occidentales, conçu pour améliorer la durabilité. Conçu à l'origine pour les cowboys travaillant avec des cordes, il renforçait les épaules.
