빈티지 의류에서 영감을 받은 FOB FACTORY는 일본 굴지의 생산지 중 하나인 오카야마현 구라시키시 고지마를 거점으로 작업복, 군복, 청바지를 제작합니다. 생산의 모든 단계는 고객이 3년 후에도 여전히 기뻐할 옷을 만드는 것을 목표로 일본에서 수행됩니다.

견고하고 질감이 풍부한 100% 코튼 백 새틴으로 제작되었으며, 약간 거친 원단은 독특한 페이딩, 마모 패턴 및 착용과 세탁을 반복하면서 퍼커링이 점차 깊고 정통 빈티지 특성을 띠게 됩니다.
모든 계절에 적합한 다용도 미드웨이트 느낌으로 일년 내내 착용 가능합니다. 또한 전통적인 VAT 염색 공정을 통해 시간이 지남에 따라 색상이 자연스럽게 퇴색되어 원단에 더욱 개성을 더해줍니다.

1960년대 베이커 팬츠에서 볼 수 있는 디테일이 충실하게 재현되었습니다. 아웃심은 원단 가장자리를 깔끔하게 감싸는 펠트 솔기 구조를 특징으로 합니다. 반복되는 착용과 세탁을 통해 솔기 부분에 자연스러운 착용감 패턴이 형성되어 점차 빈티지한 빈티지 느낌이 물씬 풍기는 팬츠입니다.
