ORCIVAL
Founded in 1939, ORCIVAL was named by founder Charles Burt after a small village of the same name in France’s Auvergne region. A heritage marinewear brand, ORCIVAL supplied striped T-shirts as uniforms for the French Navy during the 1950s and 1960s. The brand entered the general market in the 1970s and has remained a beloved name in French marine style ever since.

Two strands of No. 16 open-end yarn are knitted together to create a fabric with more body and firmness than a typical T-shirt.
It has enough substance to look complete when worn on its own, yet remains lighter than a sweatshirt, making it ideal for spring and autumn. Its dry, textured feel and comfortably balanced weight make it easy to wear without overthinking.
A clean, easy-to-wear crew neck
The neckline features a simple crew-neck design that works equally well with casual and more refined styling. It retains the character of a classic Basque shirt while offering less openness than a boat neck, making it especially easy to wear every day.
