为什么FOB选择“G3”织机
FOB工厂使用丰田G3有梭织机（俗称G3）来织造牛仔面料。这台织机很旧了，在日本只剩下几台能用的了。此外，能够操作和调整G3的工匠数量有限。它每小时只能织造约5米，约为现代织机速度的五分之一或六分之一。
为什么要花这么大的力气去使用低效率的G3呢？这是因为它创造了独特的纹理——带有独特竹节的牛仔布和只有 G3 才能实现的粗犷、大胆的外观。
对美国材质的承诺，牛仔裤的诞生地
FOB Factory 也非常重视棉花，使用的是美国密西西比河沿岸种植的苏比马棉，这里也是牛仔裤的发源地。苏比马棉以其长纤维而闻名，其纱线柔软耐用，接头较少，是一种优质材料。
14 盎司的面料起初厚实僵硬，但随着时间的推移逐渐变软并贴合穿着者的身体。与硬质牛仔布相比，一次水洗处理增添了更柔软的感觉，从一开始就提供舒适的穿着体验。
详细的第二类设计
前面的褶皱提供了方便移动的三维形状，胸部两侧有对称的带盖口袋，这种设计遵循经典的 2nd Type 夹克风格。
这款夹克还配有带钉扣的侧面调节器，让您即使在穿着时也可以调节腰部的贴合度。
颈部的皮贴、美国制造的钢纽扣、铜铆钉等细节都是 FOB Factory 原创设计。
FOB Factory还特别关注复古牛仔布的标志“红边”（俗称“红耳朵”）。
主要接缝采用链式缝合，增加耐用性，由此产生的褶皱增强了整体复古魅力。
