WILDTHINGS
Founded in 1981 by American mountaineers John Bouchard and Marie Meunier, this brand emphasizes lightweight and durable gear, producing high-quality, cold-weather functional wear widely used by the U.S. Army and Navy.
The Transport Parka
Originally launched as a tactical model by WILDTHINGS in the 2000s, this piece was designed for quiet missions like helicopter transport, reconnaissance, and surveillance.
Crafted from "GORE-TEX WINDSTOPPER" polyester/nylon fabric, this outer shell offers lightweight durability, water resistance, breathability, and excellent windproof performance. The subtle gloss adds a refined touch.
The insulation features high-quality "PrimaLoft," synthetic down developed for cold climates, providing warmth, flexibility, and water resistance.
The tall stand collar offers excellent neck coverage, and the hood design, made of multiple parts, includes a detachable chin strap, enhancing warmth as needed.
The left shoulder velcro patch displays both brand logos, adding a subtle design accent.
The front features a double zip with snap buttons for added wind resistance.
Additional flap pockets on the chest and fleece-lined hand warmer pockets on the sides, with spacious interior mesh pockets on both sides.
Adjustable cuffs with velcro straps to block cold winds.
The hem drawcord prevents wind entry while allowing silhouette adjustment.
Designed with a generously oversized silhouette, this piece offers easy movement and full hip coverage, ideal for harsh winter conditions.
