Established in Japan with the aim of recreating the durable, character-rich T-shirts once found in classic American manufacturing. GOOD ON crafts timeless basics using high-quality American cotton, focusing on tees and sweatshirts that improve with every wear. 
American cotton that grows better with time
The fabric features premium U.S. cotton certified by COTTON USA—awarded only to products that use more than 50% American cotton and meet strict quality standards set by the Cotton Council International and Japan’s own inspection criteria.
At 5.5 oz, the fabric has a dry hand feel, excellent durability, and a comfortable thickness. Each garment is pre-washed and dried, meaning it arrives in its most shrunken state. With wear, the knit gradually loosens, creating a soft, body-conforming fit over time.
Each color is reactive-dyed to create deep, lasting tones that develop character with every wash—offering the kind of aging you’d expect from vintage pieces.
