The main body is crafted from CORDURA ballistic fabric, made with CORDURA nylon known for its exceptional strength and durability. A Mesh Cap with a Refined Look
The brim, designed slightly longer than those of other HIGHER caps, strikes the perfect balance between effective sun protection and a stylish accent. A resin wire is built into the edge of the brim, allowing you to customize the shape—from a flatter profile to a gently curved-up style. Finished with six rows of stitching for added structure, it offers a clean and stable appearance.



The lightweight feel without lining is another key point. The seam allowances inside the hat are neatly finished with piping, showing beautiful craftsmanship down to the smallest details. The careful finish even in areas that touch the skin reflects the precision of Japanese manufacturing.



The mesh for breathability is placed only on the two rear panels. This design keeps the sporty feel of a full-mesh cap in check while ensuring comfort even in humid seasons. The mesh section uses double mesh with reduced transparency, creating a mature impression that softens the roughness often associated with mesh caps.
